Biography of Dr Christa North
Dr Christa North is a healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning nutrition, precision healthcare, metabolic health, research, pharmaceutical sciences, and healthcare innovation. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in nutrition and has worked extensively in multidisciplinary environments integrating clinical healthcare, biotechnology, and health technology systems.
Her work focuses on translating complex scientific and health data into practical clinical applications, with particular interests in personalised healthcare, obesity and metabolic health, lifestyle-related disease prevention, and practitioner implementation of emerging healthcare technologies. Dr North has played key roles in research, product development, practitioner education, operations management, and healthcare software implementation within the health and wellness industries.
She is regularly invited to contribute to radio, television, practitioner education events, and public health discussions on topics relating to nutrition, personalised healthcare, and preventative health strategies.
