Hentie burger is a Namibian photographer based in Windhoek.

His portfolio spans a period exceeding 25 years, commencing as a wildlife photographer, then gradually expanding into landscape, aerial, cultural heritage and abstract photography within the Namibian context.

Hentie Burger has enjoyed international acclaim with exhibitions and presentations in Germany, England and Australia from 1997 until 2004. Over the past decade, his work of art have been displayed at the Namibia Craft Centre, located in central Windhoek.

A new deviation in recent years from his nature-based approach has seen Hentie’s photography featured in two successful Namibian cookbooks, “My hungry heart” and “Life on a Table”. This was the catalyst for his first publication, “Namibia Panorama”.
